Changed your mind? Made a mistake?

Return accepted within 30 clear days from the date of receipt of your package. Contact us to obtain the return authorization. Beyond the 30-day deadline, no returns will be accepted.

After agreement, the spare part must be returned in a secure packaging with tracking. It must be complete, in the condition of receipt, unmodified, not disassembled, not used, and equipped with the reference label.

After receiving and checking, we will proceed with the exchange or refund of your order. The refund method will be the same as the initial payment method.
