How does delivery work at Partbike?

All spare parts for sale on our site are held in stock. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday within 24 hours*. Any order placed before 9am will be processed the same day**. Our shipments are tracked. Carriers have 48 to 72 hours to deliver the package in metropolitan France. We ship throughout Europe and the rest of the world. *excluding public holidays and exceptional closures **except for engines or other spare parts shipped on pallets.

All our orders are prepared with care. Each item is perfectly protected. Before accepting the package from the carrier, we invite you to inspect the exterior appearance. Refuse the package if it has significant deformations. We may hold the carrier responsible in case of damage to the order.

Our warehouse is not open to the public. Orders can only be collected by appointment. Your order will be checked and prepared before your arrival. We will inform you by email when it is ready for collection. To do this, please place an order on our website and select: Pickup in store.
