Returning the item to us...

After agreement, the spare part must be returned in secure packaging with tracking. It must be complete, in the state of reception, unmodified, not disassembled, not used and accompanied by the part reference label.

The shipment must be made within 7 days following the return agreement. The costs of return shipment remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Receiving your refund...

After reception and inspection of the item, we will proceed to the exchange or refund of your order.

The method of refund will be identical to the initial payment method.
